Hey, in your "profile" in the upper right hand corner, at least, viewed on my monitor at work in Explorer, the "d" in "Oakland" is on the next line from the rest of the word.

Is the last syllable of the name of the brush maker pronounced like "clean" or "(Patsy) Cline"?

It's interesting that they ask you not to print out the email. I guess that's a general sign-off. But if you think of the energy used by all the people looking at the mail on their computers ... oh, as Polaroid founder Edwin Land said, "The bottom line is in heaven." (Should "heaven" be capitalized?)

And they're in Waltham! I used to ride my bicycle out there! My grandparents lived there!
