While you are resting Beth may I mention Lush. They do solid deodorants & they WORK!! (well, I did have to go for the hard core one for sweaty men!) My boyfriend uses it to & he gets along with it just fine. & they last for ages.

Lush also do solid “naked” they call them, shampoo, conditioner & moisturiser bars. & naturally they are chemical free. After though you need a new toiletry bag, as what you are carrying around is so much smaller. They supply them to out of fair trade organic cotton. Fantastic!

Rest is good. You’ve started a bunch of posts. They’ll be waiting, almost done, when your mind is ready to tackle them again. I hope you’re taking lots of long walks, soaking up some of that nature we’re all working so hard to preserve and protect, and letting all the stuff you experienced at Blogher simmer till it’s rich, delicious and ready to serve. Did I just mix a bunch of metaphors?

I hear you on the make-up thing. I also hit my max in middle/high school, but even then it was pretty minimal.

Hi Beth,

Maybe the reinvention of yourself requires you to do video blogs, instead of typing them out. You looked perfectly fine in front of the camera. Didn’t seem camera shy at all. And you looked like you had more to say.

It’s a thought, maybe turn your blog posts into a video format? I haven’t done this, but it could be easier in this way to get your message out there.
