When we opened the box we were pleasantly surprised (actually, shocked) to find it wrapped in a reusable shopping bag instead of plastic. It was held in place with cardboard instead of styrofoam too. What's frustrating, though, is the realization that since the $19 printer came complete with printer cartridges (however little ink they might contain), it is probably cheaper for me to buy a new printer everytime I run out of ink than it is to buy replacement cartridges. What's up with that?
