Hey,

I've been following the blog for over a year now and 2 weeks ago I finally decided to borrow the book at the library in New York only to find out that they just started to cover the books in plastic. I'm kinda disappointed, it is totally new and I was wondering if anyone did something on this subject.

I learned shortly after the book came out that all the libraries were doing this. As far as I know, no one has come up with a plastic-free solution for protecting the book. Here's what I wrote about it at the time:
