from India. hot during summer. not hot (not cold) in winter. how to store cilantro?
I store cliantro in a glass jar with enough water to keep stems/roots wet. I've had cilanto in the refrigerator for weeks even when the roots have been cut off.
Ditto in the fridge storage, except I cut off the lower leaves so none are submerged, change the water out every 4 or 5 days, and if any start to wilt pull them out first to use. I've got a bunch in there going on its third week!
