        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi there I love using an old (recycling at it's best) tights. You cut them across whatever width you want - 4 inches is a good size. the you can make a ponnytail or little bun...the best part is no headaches!</p>
<p>My grandfather used to use and old inner tube cut across for making his own elastic bands....  </p>
