Hi, I know this sounds a bit silly, but if you look around online, everyone tells you to wrap it in wax paper, then in plastic. Does anyone have any experience storing parmesan just with wax paper, or wax paper in a glass container? Thanks-
Great thanks Terry! I feel like I am having to re-learn how to do everything without plastic, it's amazing when you realize how much of it is everywhere and all around you. As my husband pointed out when I typed the earlier question- "of course, the whole inside of the fridge is made of plastic…"
I'll post it on my blog as well-

OfflineHi Sofia,
I really like Beth's post on this subject… What I do personally is to cut my cheese in pieces that fit in a glass Mason jar. My cheese stays fresh and is not in contact with plastic.
