plastic-free hydroponics?
What could we use instead of the PVC pipes that recirculate water between our tilapia and our lettuce? I would rather not compromise with PEX. It's still plastic. It's less about health concerns (though those are valid) than about the principle of the thing. How do we call ourselves truly sustainable with a plastic-intensive model?
