A barrel lined with plastic is a lot less plastic waste than multiple individual-sized plastic bottles.

Spectrum Organics has some cooking oils in glass bottles, including some of the oils you mentioned -- apricot kernal and avocado: http://www.spectrumorganics.com/?id=6. They are refined. I don't know if they would work for your purposes.

Would you consider using plain coconut oil on your face? It's gotten a lot of recommendations from readers of this blog, and you can find many brands in glass jars.
