        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>Craftynest.com has a cool tutorial on making your own from an old bath towel and the soles of a pair of old flip flops. (guess you could use any soft sandal, sneaker or shoe sole since it goes inside the fabric) Great way to save something plastic from the landfill and cheap, too!  I'm definitely going to try this when mine give out.</p>

        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>You can always go with thick wool socks :-)  Warm, durable, and best of all machine washable. Granted they aren&#039;t quite as slip resistant but as long as you have a thick weave it really shouldn&#039;t be a problem. </p>
