What items can I easily replace with plastic free or less plastic alternatives?
-Could get soap bars instead of soap in plastic bottle
-Eat chocolate wrapped in paper
-Get tea leaves instead of tea bags that are stored in individual plastic wraps
-Bring own mug to library

What items would I be willing to give up if a plastic free alternative doesn’t exist?
-Don’t go to Mcdonalds
-Try not to eat ice cream when you’re sad (or stressed)

What items are essential and seem to have no plastic-free alternative?
Cleaning gloves
Granola Bars
protein bars
Corn Chip Bags

What lifestyle change(s) might be necessary to reduce my plastic consumption?
I could try not to succumb to my cravings and eat things like ice cream and fast food to reduce the plastic waste. I could also bring my own mug places.

What one plastic item am I willing to give up or replace this week?
Fast food – this was a rare thing anyway!!

What other conclusions, if any, can I draw?
Companies are the ones that really need to reduce their plastic waste, because it’s really them who needs to stop using plastic in products that don’t need it. If they changed their ways, people would be able to much more easily.
