We got a bit lost with our timing so this is our challenge for WEEK 7 AND 8!
We are a two person, two cat household trying to be conscious of our plastic/waste footprint. We do lately struggle between eating healthy organic vegan food and the use of plastic.
Ellen and Pedro’s personal blog:

What items can I easily replace with plastic free or less plastic alternatives?
We are miserably failing at reducing plastic because of the vegan food. So contradictory!
What items would I be willing to give up if a plastic free alternative doesn’t exist?
What items are essential and seem to have no plastic-free alternative?
What lifestyle change(s) might be necessary to reduce my plastic consumption?
What one plastic item am I willing to give up or replace this week?
What other conclusions, if any, can I draw?
