If you drink soda a lot and really don't want to give it up, you might consider a soda maker. I wrote about it here:

But if sodas are just occasional luxuries you can live without, it wouldn't be worth it — just like the car.

It sounds like you have already made some great efforts. Oh, and I eat out a lot too. Just have to remember my containers and utensils.
