    Retired surgeon, currently have a start up company which inevitably adds stress in my life because I am in an unknown territory.
    After this week I feel terribly ashamed and embarrassed with myself.

Bibi! Thank you so much for doing this challenge. I realize it was emotional for you. Can you let go of the guilt and just look at the items like a scientist would? Let's look at them objectively and see how we have been trained to assume that these are all things we need to have. It's not our fault, but we can do something about it. I hope you will do the challenge again and see what solutions you can some up with.
