Keeping up with the junk mail is a challenge. I still end up with some mail that I can’t do anything about, but I’ve had a lot of success getting off the promotional mailing lists.

I found wax-coated cheese at Trader Joe’s. It comes wrapped in cloth instead of plastic. It’s still kind of a lot of packaging, though.

I’d love to hear about your ketchup making when it’s done. I’m going to try making ketchup from sundried tomatoes, since I can buy them in bulk.
