Take the challenge. Collect your plastic waste (both recyclable and non) for one week or more. Then photograph, tally, and post it here. What can we learn about our habits and lifestyles by examining our waste? And what changes can each of us make to leave the planet a little less trashy?

About the crackers, I haven't had the time to make these yet, but they look really yummy... you could probably find all of the ingredients plastic-free.

Tony, you are doing an awesome job of reducing your plastic waste. I'm impressed.

As far as the bag for laundry goes, do you have a big duffle bag you could use? And if not, can you keep that plastic bag as your laundry bag and just keep reusing it?

Glad you found bread in paper.

Crackers: no, I haven't found crackers without plastic except for Wasa, which I'm not sure counts as a cracker. Does it? But here's what I do when I can't find something I think I need. I ask myself what purpose it fulfills and then I see if something else will fill the same need. For example, for me, crackers are crunchy and salty. I can get pretzels in the bulk bin, so I buy them instead.

Just something to think about. But like I said, you're doing great!
