I travel a lot for work and LOVE my bamboo utensils. I end up using them at least once a week. Airports are hard – esp on the way back when you need something to go. Some of the sandwich places will make you a vegetarian sandwich on regular bread and wrap it in paper. I think Atlanta Bread Co. will do that.

Many many of the Starbucks at airports are actually run by a vendor. I’m happy you called Starbucks, hopefully it will help.

I called Starbucks and they were not happy about what had happened to us in the ATL airport. “completely unacceptable.” Hopefully the issue will be resolved… but I suppose i’ll never really know until we go back…

I bring all of our own snacks :)… it was getting an actual “meal” on our way home where I ran into difficulties… I’ll definitely plan ahead next time by taking reusable containers. Like everything… avoiding plastics takes planning… it’s that simple. I just need to plan more :)
