If recharge or one of those electrolyte drink makers sold them in a fully recyclable container you could scoop from I’d buy that.

I’m a runner and I use it on long runs. You can get a lot of the same stuff from sports drinks but then you have to drink quite a bit (and of course deal with the packaging of the drink, even if you get powder and make it yourself). You can also eat stuff like jelly beans or gum drops but they also come in plastic.

Has anyone come up with a good Emergen-C/electrolyte replacement? I work outdoors & after awhile water no longer is enough. I’m using nuun hydration tablets right now – plastic tube. Non-recyclable top.
