5 caps (from milks, red wine vinegar, brown rice vinegar)
2 milk containers
1 pretzel bag
4 produce ties/tag
1 plastic pull (from milk)
2 plastic outer seals (from vinegars)
3 inner seals
1 gardein package
3 dogs heartworm medication
What items can I easily replace with plastic free or less plastic alternatives?
Working on buying milk in glass again.
Buying what produce I can from the farmers market and roadside stands, but still left with ties from lettuce.
What items would I be willing to give up if a plastic free alternative doesn’t exist?
What items are essential and seem to have no plastic-free alternative?
Vinegars. I can’t find them without a plastic cap or seal.
What lifestyle change(s) might be necessary to reduce my plastic consumption?
What one plastic item am I willing to give up or replace this week?
Going to do a plastic-free food week. So for the most part, I will be giving up everything that comes in plastic. (except essential items)
What other conclusions, if any, can I draw?
