They seem to really want to know how people feel about it and you can even upload/send a photo of your package.

And I try and send them an email that way. For example, years back when I bought my porcelain coffee maker, the Amazon seller was Greenfeet, so I looked them up on Google (I hadn’t heard of Greenfeet before that) and sent an email asking how the coffee maker would be packaged if I bought it through Amazon. Why not try that?

It does seem that Amazon is mailing books in bubble mailers these days. :-(
