Take the challenge. Collect your plastic waste (both recyclable and non) for one week or more. Then photograph, tally, and post it here. What can we learn about our habits and lifestyles by examining our waste? And what changes can each of us make to leave the planet a little less trashy?

We can't. As my 5 year old would say, "grr."

My kids usually eat granola, smoothies, eggs or pancake/french toast for breakfast. Cereal is a special "treat"... for the fact that it's in plastic and not great nutritionally.

I do plan on sharing the Caesar salad... though it make take me awhile. BUT... definitely my main goal this year is to share more recipes :) Maybe I'll start once a week?? Hmmm...

Caesar salad recipe coming up.... hopefully soon :)
