I am a middle aged, married female. I work two days, out of the home.

Carol Sandford’s personal blog:

What items can I easily replace with plastic free or less plastic alternatives?
The produce bag.
The shipping mailers however these were received from others.
Charge card advertisers sent to me.

What items would I be willing to give up if a plastic free alternative doesn’t exist?
All three in the last box.

What items are essential and seem to have no plastic-free alternative?

What lifestyle change(s) might be necessary to reduce my plastic consumption?
Do more shopping at a bulk food store and take my own containers to fill.

What one plastic item am I willing to give up or replace this week?
I will give up all plastic water bottles.

What other conclusions, if any, can I draw?
