What items can I easily replace with plastic free or less plastic alternatives?
cups and coffee creamers and the spoon
What items would I be willing to give up if a plastic free alternative doesn’t exist?
I could look to buy items that do not use plastic packaging
What items are essential and seem to have no plastic-free alternative?
In everyday shopping it is hard to avoid buying plastic
What lifestyle change(s) might be necessary to reduce my plastic consumption?
What one plastic item am I willing to give up or replace this week?
I am willing to give up the plastic cups and carry around a reusable one
What other conclusions, if any, can I draw?
The major source of my plastic consumption was based around carrying or storing food. while plastic is useful for making sure food stays safe it is not used for very long and stays around forever. I am going to try and focus on supporting non plastic packaging for all items
