What items can I easily replace with plastic-free or less plastic alternatives?
The milk jugs could be replaced by glass bottles. Also, the single yogurt containers could be replaced by buying bigger containers of yogurt to reduce the amount of plastic.

What items would I be willing to give up if a plastic-free alternative doesn’t exist?
I could give up buying frozen food that is packaged in single-use plastics.

Nope.
