What items can I easily replace with plastic free or less plastic alternatives?
All of the bars. Just don’t eat them. The Gatorade bottles by not drinking them
What items would I be willing to give up if a plastic free alternative doesn’t exist?
All but yogurt. I love my breakfast.
What items are essential and seem to have no plastic-free alternative?
What lifestyle change(s) might be necessary to reduce my plastic consumption?
Honestly I already use very little plastic due to my place of work (food industry). I could cut down even less. Maybe buy in bulk or farmers markets.
What one plastic item am I willing to give up or replace this week?
What other conclusions, if any, can I draw?
I’m doing OK, need a little work though.
