Guest bed

I have used a blow up mattress as a guest bed but it has now sprung a leak.  I started looking for a new one but geeze, they are just huge chunks of plastic.  Our home is small and I don’t have room to store something large.  I want my guests to be comfortable.  Any thoughts?

What about simply obtaining an actual mattress for the room? I know they are expensive, but surely you could locate one second hand someplace, if cost were a consideration. My ex fiancé and I slept on an old mattress from someone who donated theirs to us, for several years. It wasn’t great, but it worked.

Hope this helps,
