Some elementary schools put everything on the salad bar in plastic cups or plastic bags. I would love to know your opinions on this~~~I think you know mine because I am on this site.

My daughter’s high school doesn’t have a salad bar. Wish they had healthier alternatives to fried foods.

That is really false economy if that is why they are using them. Purchasing high quality stainless steal pans is a much better use of money and resources. Only shipped once, pretty much last forever (but not like plastic!), don’t leach anything and are such a better lesson for our children.
