I’m having a hard time finding a plastic alternative to large 5-gallon jugs that we use to store water in for camping. We do a lot of car camping, sometimes for up to a week or two, and need large jugs for water. Does anyone know of any out there that are not made from plastic??

Hi. Here is what I took to Burning Man for water. Would this work for you? /2012/08/my-plastic-free-burning-man-adventure/

You might consider a five-gallon beer brewing carboy. It is a glass jug, and can be found at brewing supply stores.
