Stay at home mom. One children at home, sometimes two… with a part time husband (working far away).

I’m a fashion designer (trying to be eco friendly as much as possible) working at home.

What items would I be willing to give up if a plastic free alternative doesn’t exist?

kleenex (I’m not ready to use reusable and lavable)

What lifestyle change(s) might be necessary to reduce my plastic consumption?
Make my own bread. Made my first today! :)
I have to find oil in glass bottle (other than olive oil)
Find a bucher….

What one plastic item am I willing to give up or replace this week?
I made homemade mayonnaise and limonade!
No more of these in my grocery…. ;)

What other conclusions, if any, can I draw?
I have great time in my kitchen this week making mayonnaise, limonade and bread! I’m very happy of these new lifestyle changes! :)

I followed the instructions of a recipe I had.

I thought it was difficult too...  but it was easy.

Beth is having a recipe in her book.  Quite similar to mine. 

The most important thing is to add the oil very slowly.

You should try again, this is so exciting to succeed!
