I’m making an inventory of what I’m able to buy without plastic packaging…. and I’ll try to cook with that….

What one plastic item am I willing to give up or replace this week?
Already bought almond and rice in bulk bins.

Individual salad fruit lid and bear paws packaging are still in my trash but my inventory is low now…. I didn’t buy more till the beginning of my challenge.

What other conclusions, if any, can I draw?
I’m so happy to have a bulk bins in Quebec city! Only one store is covering the area. It’s far from home (1 hour drive) but I’ll stock more quantities in my house.
