Everything (as long as they are plastic)

What items can I easily replace with plastic free or less plastic alternatives?
plastic bottle it is totally waste of my money and easily replace.

What items would I be willing to give up if a plastic free alternative doesn’t exist?
plastic bottle

What items are essential and seem to have no plastic-free alternative?
for me it is hard to give up snacks. as long as they are packed by plastics.
I went to color run and got many things( T shirts, sticker, powder ) and everything is packed by plastics.
Sushi garbage (the green grass. i have no idea for what do we have that)
Cling Wrap

What lifestyle change(s) might be necessary to reduce my plastic consumption?
Giving up snacks

What one plastic item am I willing to give up or replace this week?
plastic bottle (i use my own bottle instead)

What other conclusions, if any, can I draw?
I was so surprised we use too many plastics in our daily lives and if we really want to change, we need to take a big action, otherwise nothing will change.
