sees candy sticks, biscuit mix, lotion, bubble wrap

What items are essential and seem to have no plastic-free alternative?
my yogurt and my juice drinks,
the cap from my glass milk bottle

What lifestyle change(s) might be necessary to reduce my plastic consumption?
I may have to move to a farm and grow my own fruit and culture my own Greek yogurt

What one plastic item am I willing to give up or replace this week?
bubble wrap, shrink wrap, sees candy, biscuits

What other conclusions, if any, can I draw?
I thought I was pretty good at avoiding plastic, but I am not as good as I hoped.
